This is easily the fastest and easiest meal in the history of crockpots! The best part is, you can use this chicken for so many other things. I ALWAYS get two dinners out of this.
You only need two ingredients:
4 Chicken breasts and SALSA!!
A chunkier, thicker salsa works much better for this because the chicken releases a lot of water when it cooks so you are trying to reduce the amount of liquid that goes into this.
Here is how you make it….
Put the chicken breasts into the crock pot.
Now turn your crockpot to 8 hours on LOW
Grab two forks and shred that cheeken!!!!!
Once the chicken is shredded, spoon it into warm tortillas and top with Slaw or any other ingredients you want!
I also will spoon this over organic blue corn tortilla chips and top it with the slaw to make #skinnynachos. OR you can even put it over a bed of lettuce and make a taco salad. SO many options!
